Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf, and you believe content on our site infringes upon your rights, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to us.

Your notice must include the following:

  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Specify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is sufficient.
  • Identification of Infringing Material: Clearly identify the material claimed to be infringing, or the subject of infringing activity, and provide information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it for removal or access disablement.
  • Complainant Contact Information: Provide your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material, in the manner complained of, is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will respond to all valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the identified infringing content. We reserve the right to challenge or seek clarification on any claim that does not fully follow the required procedure.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your material was removed or access was disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our designated agent.

Your counter-notification must contain:

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identify the material removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before the removal/disablement.
  • Good Faith Belief: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice (or their agent).
  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

If any copyrighted material belongs to you and you believe it should not be published, please follow the proper channels outlined above, and we will act promptly.
